customer satisfaction through responsive high quality service, to time, in which safety is key, thereby delivering best value
in use to our customers, whilst ensuring an adequate financial return to the company. We recognise that the contribution
of our workforce is key to our business performance and we will achieve continuous improvement through valuing and encouraging
the contribution of our people, appropriate competency enhancement, personal development and the involvement of everybody
