TrustMark – The GIVE Scheme

(Free Work in Progress Cover plus the Provision of a Post Completion Warranty)

The GIVE scheme has been set up for contractors who wish to go that little bit further and provide a 10 year Post Completion Warranty, at their own cost, as part of their overall sales package for a Qualifying Contract. The scheme is open to all authorised NFRC contractors operating in the domestic sector and to qualify you must be Registered with TrustMark and approved by QANW.

·          The Registered NFRC contractor will be provided with a supply of Work in Progress Registration cards by QANW to pass across to any consumer with whom a Qualifying Contract is agreed.

·          The consumer should then complete and return this to QANW.

·          Thereafter, QANW will mail a Work in Progress Insurance Policy to the consumer.

·          Once the works are completed to the both parties entire satisfaction and all monies have been paid across, a Completion Advice Note, provided by QANW, should be completed by the contractor notifying QANW of all relevant details

·          Upon receipt of this QANW will process and issue a 10 year Post Completion Warranty direct to the consumer.

A Qualifying Contractis a contract between an individual private homeowner who has contracted with a TrustMark registered firm to have work carried out on their own home, between the contract value of £250 and £50,000 (including VAT but excluding the cost of any installed equipment covered by manufacturers warranty).
