The personal development of our staff is vital to achieve our business goals. We utilise both external training providers
and in-house training. Pictured below is our roof training rig provided by the Roofing Training Group for use by its
members.

All employees are inducted and their competence formally reviewed annually. Operatives are registered with
the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. Health and Safety training is supplemented by monthly tool box talks. Sub-contractors
are selected carefully for their experience and skill. Their training and development is important to the company and
is reviewed formally annually. Supervision on site ensures that quality workmanship and safety compliance is achieved
to our high standards.
